I STILL cannot upload from my tablet

My thread was closed because I have been uploading. True I have, but NOT from my tablet. I broke out my dinosaur lap top so my $$$ machine didn’t go to waste.

Thank you for the additional information. I extracted the logs from your Glowforge to investigate further and I see you have been able to print since contacting us. I have alerted the product team of the issue you experienced. I’m going to close this thread - if the problem reoccurs, go ahead and post a new topic. Thanks for letting us know about this!

I read your first post.

You can send items to the GF app from Adobe Capture (and possibly other Adobe software) and Affinity Designer (use the Export option and then tap Share). Not sure about other SVG editors, but those two both work.

Adobe Capture is free.

Thank you for the additional feedback. Support for tablet and mobile devices is still in development and I’ve passed your feedback on to the team so we can make things right. At this time we recommend using a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer if you’re encountering difficulties from a mobile device.
