Insert text (Premium) has been spinning all morning even after reboot--all other tools work fine

Restarting what?

The UI is a local browser application - the machine doesn’t even need to be powered on to use it.

Try clearing your cache and restarting your browser.

Restarting my computer.

I did both and it’s just scanning. It could be something simple, but not sure what. Thank you just the same. I’ll keep tinkering . . .

@geek2nurse and @eflyguy The scanning part is new, I can’t even get to solving / testing the initial text insert problem, fyi.
