My GF is turning on but when I put in materials it continues to be in scanning mode forever. I cleaned all the lenses, and tried reconnecting to WiFi but nothing worked. I turned it on and off a few times. A few times the printer head didn’t move at all in the initial start up. But the latest time it did. Any help?
There’s a checklist to run through to eliminate common causes (to see if it might be the lid cable).
Run through the description of the tests here, and let support know the results so they can check your machine.
Thank you so much for the steps. I’ve tried them and it’s still not working =( The printer head stopped moving altogether. I hope to hear back from support soon
