You can make your own if you have some small magnets:
And in the meantime (if you need to get some magnets) you can take something non-scratch like a chopstick or q-tip (as described in that thread) and gently push the lens out from the top onto a soft surface. Be careful that the lens doesn’t pop out and land on something that might damage it.
