I took apart a filter, and replaced all the guts, it cost about $100 in parts, but its a solution in a pinch (till they have more filters)

Thank you for the guidance I went in and did a deep dive and cleaned it and changed the vent hose which was horrific and checked the filter and all of the fans which was just suggested to me from support. It was a struggle getting that pulley cable back on but she is running like new. Thanks for all of the community support, you guys Rock!!
