I have been trying to fulfill orders since 9 CST. My machine has been giving the same message that it is centering the head. I have tried refreshing the page. I have tried turning it on and off several times. I’ve tried restarting my PC. I have unplugged it from the wall and started the process all over and still nothing changes it. Please assist. I have a ton of sign orders to get out and the machine won’t work.
There are some things you can check here…if none of these steps works, it might be the lid cable and support will have to help you with that when they see this post. (If you want to work on these while you wait it will save you some time.)
If you have any material in the bed when you are turning it on, you might try removing it.
I learned recently that a partial cut board can interfere with the centering calculations.
Thanks a lot! That really helped. I had been cutting quite a bit of hardwood and didn’t notice the lens on the lid was covered from the constant burning. I basically just needed to clean the lid lens.
For future reference, cleaning the lid camera is the first step on the official troubleshooting page for this problem.

Yeah, I think I will clean it after each cut from now on. Unmasked hardwood leaves a lot of charring. Thanks!
