Has anyone engraved on 18" mini bats? If so what are your settings?

Welcome to the forum.

The most important element is the material, not the item. If the bats are made of wood, start with a Proofgrade plywood setting and adjust as needed. Make sure that the surface you are engraving is within the 1/2" focus range of the Glowforge which is between 1.5" and 2" from the floor of the Glowforge with the honeycomb tray removed.
