My Glowforge stuck on focusing and wont go past that stage

Hello!
When I turn my Glowforge on it starts up normally then you hear the clicking sound of the printer head focusing but it will not go past the stage. It will stop for about 30 seconds and then click about 10 times and then stop and then do it again I tried everything else in here from cleaning all the lenses, cleaning the mirror and checking the connections like the ribbon cable and everything nothing seems to be working I reset the Wi-Fi and everything I’m not too sure what to do. And feed back would be much appreciated

You should email support@glowforge.com to open a support ticket. They can download the logs from your machine which will tell them exactly what’s going on that it can’t finish focusing.
