Need to cancel my order and get a refund

Can I please get some help to cancel my order and get my refund.

and I thought I would post an update since there’s been no progress on the shipment.

I’m really sorry, you must be international and in one of the countries that hasn’t been shipped to yet, right?

If you need to cancel your order, you will need to send an email to support@glowforge.com . Since it has been a long time, make sure that any details about the credit card that you used or bank are still the same as when you ordered. They will refund to your original method of payment, usually within about 10 working days after they get the email.
