Anything Specific in this update - that page link doesn’t say what the update included. Just Bug Fixes?
Not sure if it’s the update—but my machine is cutting my design twice, despite my not having set up the files that way or requesting multiple passes. I’ve never seen that before…
Odds are it is something with your file like stacked up strokes or double lines on a border.

Yeah, that’s what it is. For some reason, Offset Path in Illustrator created two offsets and a compound path automatically, so my usual workflow missed them. Sigh.
Happens all the time, can be easy to miss. Glad you got it sorted.
