Good Day! I received my new Glowforge last week. Got the setup completed and everything looks good. Then I went to- Learn By Doing: Your First Prints and More (“https://glowforge.com/support/topic/first-three-prints/welcome-to-the-glowforge-app-and-your-first-prints”) and clicked on the “Gift of Good Measure”. Then I cut and paste the URL " [https://app.glowforge.com] from the page. When I hit enter to go to this page/site it converts back to"https://glowforge.com/no_glowforge". Then I have to start this process all over again. It has become a loop and I am very devastated as I am at a loss after 5 hours of trying to come up with a solution. Any support would be most appreciated. Thank all very much!!

You have not successfully registered or connected your Glowforge. Try pressing the button until it turns aqua, and setting it up again. Here is a video that might help.Set up again

By setup do you mean connecting everything mechanical and electrically.
@dklgood is asking a good question. Setup refers also to the process of connecting to your wifi. What color is your button?
Hurray! I redid the set up! I missed a step in connecting with my WIFI. I got a different message than last time and the forge scooted around a bit and is making noises and the print head moved around too. I will try and open the “first print job” and let you know how it goes! Thank you for your help both of you!
