Continuing the discussion from Glowforge not cutting - no laser:
I’m having the same issue here. I powered the unit down and waited a few days, powered it back up, let it recalibrate, and it continues to happen. It literally just happened now. Can someone look into this for me?
oh yah… and I cleaned the lens and mirror as recommended as well.
I’m so sorry you’ve been having problems printing. I extracted the logs to investigate the issue you reported, and noticed that the designs that aren’t printing have two vector layers that overlap. Your Glowforge won’t print overlapping vector layers. I’d suggest removing one of the layers and trying the print again.
