My Glowforge pro will print (cut) non- passthrough files without a problem, but then when I set it up to do passthrough and hit “ready” I just get a “print unsuccessful error” and it stops.
You have to follow the instructions carefully. Especially starting at the bottom of the design and moving towards the front. I laid out the system I used before they had that system and still prefer here:
