Per a suggestion, I am creating a new thread for this issue. First of all, thank you again for your help getting snapmarks enabled on my machine. But since it was enabled, I can’t get the print button to activate. It will complete the scanning function when I hit print…but then kick right out to “ready” once the scanning is done. I am dead in the water
I sincerely apologize for the continuing trouble. I’ve reached out to our engineers to help look into this with me. As soon as I know more, I’ll follow up.
