I have calibrated, removed and cleaned and replaced lenses, crumb tray is clean, not overheating, shut everything down and restarted… what else can I do? Sent support an email already.
They will ask for pictures of the front and back of a print of the Gift of Good Measure on Medium Draftboard. They might also ask you to provide pics of all of the optical surfaces - lens, windows, mirror.
