Hi All, I was excited to receive my glowforge and after opening and checking everything there was no power cord. I have emailed support but no response in 3 days. What do I do? Thank you in advance. Cheers.

How disappointing that the cord was omitted. However, you can use any standard computer cord while you wait for Glowforge to send one. You can pick one up at any Best Buy or similar store.

The power cord for mine was in a compartment of the accessory box, not the main box with the Glowforge. This seems intentional, so that you have to open both boxes before using the machine. Did you check in there?
