Something looks broken inside printer head

GF working fine for first several projects. Now the laser doesn’t fully cut. When troubleshooting I found the Mirror in the printer head totally fogged over. I head to my local Walmart for some Zeiss Lens Cleaning wipes (Only $5 in the optometry department). I cleaned everything including the Cameras, Mirror Printer Head, all the Lens.

No luck. Mirror still fogged after each attempt and still not cutting through material.

When further troubleshooting, I used the camera on my iPhone and noticed something broken inside the printer head underneath the lens. There shouldn’t be some ring looking thing broken inside the printer head should there? Is this something I can remove?

Interesting. Maybe a fractured magnet?

The o-ring that holds the lens in place is burnt.

Support will likely give you store credit so you can you purchase a new lens assembly.
