Cleaned my machine. Lenses, fan etc. Now it’s not working. Stuck on scanning.
Tried shutting everything down, then restarting each piece of equipment.
I have started and restarted. I am beside myself.
Can anyone offer some insight please?
Stuck scanning can be caused by a number of issues, but there are some easy tests you can run through here to see if you can narrow down the problem:
If none of those work support might be able to see something from your machine logs.
