No matter what I do I cannot get Gandalf to focus! I can’t use my passthrough and I can’t do my jobs that require precision. I’ve turned it off, cleaned it, refreshed my page… I dont know what else to do. It seems this machine continues to have problems. HELP

It’s hard to help when you give few details, but I’ll address some things you didn’t touch on.
Is there a bright light shining on your machine?
Is your material dark?
Are you trying to cut on a piece of material that has a lot of holes in it?
If it’s none of those, you’re going to want to be very specific (pictures help) of what you are trying to do, and what you’ve tried to fix it, especially what did you clean.
