I’m going to try it one more time for connecting. Could be I’m missing something from that. Not that it should be an issue since I’m showing up in the GFUI. Couldn’t do it on phone, iPad nor laptop.

I’m afraid we’ll need more details in order to investigate further: If you received an error message during Wi-Fi setup with the new router, could you please describe exactly what it said, and what you did right before you saw it? Your Glowforge requires Wi-Fi using 2.4 GHz b/g/n and WPA2-PSK, WPA-PSK, WEP, or open security. Does your new network meet these requirements? If you’re still having trouble getting connected …
