Acrylic & Wood Inlay Flowers Using Illustrator

It was requested I create a tutorial on how I made my wood & acrylic flowers that were used on multiple projects:

I created an instructable and also posted to my design website with screen shots on my process to get people started in the right direction if they wanted to replicate these flowers.

There should be a badge for doing a tutorial but alas, there are no way to automat that so it is not likely to happen. You have won hearts and minds though.

Wow … Thank you!

Thank you

I am trying to create a board where the person’s name is in the middle and I want to put acrylic inlay into the cut out name. Is the process the same as what you’ve shown here?

The adjustment for kerf would almost exactly the same. I’d test on some cheap materials first!
