Error message when adding design to my dashboard

I am receiving the following message when trying to add any image to my dashboard: “There was an error adding this design. Please try again.” - Does anyone have any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum.

Have you tried dragging and dropping the image onto the Glowforge bed?Will other files load without issue? Have you tried opening the app in a different browser? Which Glowforge do you have?

Same thing. I’ve refreshed my browser several times and still get the same message.

Having the same issue with every file I try to download, I’ve cleared cache and tried a different browser. I am close to just getting rid of this laser printer my others don’t have constant issues like this.
