In the back right corner of my pro which I have had since march of 2021, the glass lid it separating from the hinge . Has this happened to anyone? What should I do?
Oh no. That is not good. It has happened before. In fact, there was one period when it seemed to be more common a few years ago. Not as frequent these days.
Support will come along and enter into a discussion about repairs and replacement, but in the meanwhile you can read about how folks who were past warranty replacement managed this problem.
Well mine is still within the 12 months so maybe it will turn out good.
Yep, been there, done that. Replacement under warranty is the nice solution.
