You are printing "Preparing for your print"

This is very minor, but it really bugs me, and it happens every cut for me.
I am told I am printing “Preparing for your print” I know that the UI had my drawing name at some point, and it COULD display that… I would love to see a fix for this.

This had been reported numerous times in the past few weeks (I’m getting it, too). Fully expect the fix to show up in the next update.

Apparently my (pretty good) Google Fu completely fails me in searching Glow Forge forums. I tried several searches, but none of them gave me any results, so I filed. I assume that whatever ticket system they use allows them to just add an upvote

Why does the interface say it's printing "Preparing your print" instead of the name of the project?

[18%20PM] I’ve been cutting some keychains using a catalog file I got for crowdfunding this incredible machine. For some reason when I cut these, the GUI says it’s cutting “Preparing your print” instead of Multi- Shape Keychain Blanks like it used to. I’m using Firefox and I’m thinking maybe I should use Chrome? I’m also having some issues with my machine not cutting through proofgrade material, so I’m using manual settings for cutting and proofgrade settings for engraving. I’ve followed all…

Thanks for reaching out. Regarding the “Preparing your Print” message, we’re seeing this too and the team is looking into it now. There’s no need to use another browser.

[58] Actual file name is “level 5 sierpinski carpet.svg” I uploaded, set cut parameters, and hit “print”… OSX 10.14 (Mojave) and Chrome 69.0.3497.100
