Glowforge pro pauses immediately after job start

Looking for help

I have a glowforge pro and after starting a job ( even if the machine is cold and off ) it’s still immediately pause the job. Glowforge support say the error is temp sensor related.

I’m in the UK, it’s warm but not hot. 71f today but cooler in my workshop.

Ribbons, connectors have all been cleaned. Inlet fan/ outlet fans cleaned.

I’m at a loss. Glowforge have now basically said nothing more they can do.

Long shot but is your Glowforge in direct sun?

It can act as a greenhouse and get too warm inside. That would be enough to trip the sensor.
