My artwork is lined up perfectly for engraving but the actual laser is off by about 3/4” both too low and too far right.

You didn’t really have a question in your post but I assume you’re looking for ideas about how to get better results. Take a look at number 15 in my FAQ, see if any of those suggestions help. If you still have trouble after that come on back and tell us what’s going on in detail and we’ll see if we can figure out if you have something more unusual happening.

Important things to know: 1) the lid camera is warranted to be accurate to within 1/4”. 2) the lid camera is most accurate when the design is placed directly under the lid camera 3) set focus must be set before placing the design and the focus beam must land directly on the material 4) if the printhead is moved with the machine on, the alignment will be off. Turn the machine off and back on to correct. 5) for precise design placement, a jig is the best option.
Could you supply a screenshot of your project showing the the design placement compared to the actual engrave placement?
