I have used the same file three times. First time the line doesn’t show up and it is no where to be found in the actual file. I then proceeded to laser a nice neon acrylic and not that is ruined. Is there an issue with the cloud software slicing the file up?
That can happen occasionally if you have open vector paths in the file. The software tries to close them.
The easiest way around it is to rasterize the image to be engraved. (Use a high dpi value (>300) and the results will be indistinguishable from a vector engrave.)

I know,! I had noticed that last time I searched for it. Kinda why I posted it this way becasue it made me LOL a bit.

Havent had the chance to revisit the project but it does take about 40min to laser so I am not sure I will have a chance to sit and wait for it to fail with orders to work on. I will update this thread when I get the chance hopefully this upcoming weekend. thank you everyone for the feed back.
