We’ve already delivered to most of our international customers. EU orders are dispatched immediately and usually arrive in less than 15 business days! But some countries haven’t been approved for shipping, and we continue to work hard on getting them approved. We’re also hard at work on getting the shop (for Proofgrade sales) and the catalog (for designs) accessible to everyone.
As the compliance and logistics clearing process moves faster or slower, we’ll update forecasts for each country to match. International customers who haven’t received their unit can always find our most accurate shipping date forecast at glowforge.com/account. We continue to pour time and dollars into fulfilling our commitments to our international customers - I’m so sorry we’re not yet fully delivered.
Update 10/1: The inspection went well this month; no changes to our shipping forecast.
Update 11/7: We’ve been approved for Canadian shipments of Basic and Plus! Shipments are starting now. Unfortunately, Glowforge Pro shipments have not yet been cleared to Canada. We’ve updated all international shipping dates with our latest forecasts.
Update 1/17: We’ve shipped to all Basic and Plus customers in Canada, and are working to resolve Pro shipments. If you are in Canada and are waiting for delivery of your Glowforge Basic or Glowforge Plus, we’ve been trying to reach you to arrange delivery! Please send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get your unit in the mail.
Update 3/18: No changes to our international schedule; things are progressing on track.
Remaining certification & logistics: Our team has been tireless in pursuing documentation, certification, logistics, and everything else required to get you your Glowforge. We’re continuing to keep your dates at glowforge.com/account as accurate as we can - they reflect the best information we have right now.
I know how frustrating it is for those of you we haven’t yet delivered. There are fewer and fewer of you as we continue to finish shipping products and countries, but that’s cold comfort to those of you still waiting. I’m sorry, and we’ll get your Glowforge to you as soon as we possibly can.
One more thing: for all international customers who have Founders Discounts, we realize that you can’t use it yet since the shop and catalog are not yet available internationally. When we ship, we’ll extend your discount to make sure you can make use of it.
